What’s Covered

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Warping, cracking, or splitting due to a production flaw
  • Applies under normal residential use

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Environmental exposure (moisture, heat, etc.) outside normal indoor conditions
  • Fading, discoloration, or normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Warranty Terms

  • Duration: 5 years from the original purchase date
  • Coverage: Repair or replacement of defective products only
  • Eligibility: Original purchaser only (non-transferable)
